The people behind DTH
A founding team and a growing network
DTH is being shaped by a founding team and a growing network of cross-cluster and domain specialists. Our commitment is to create an open, credible environment in which contributors are recognised for their expertise and connections are built around relevance.
Arnab Pal Chowdhury
Co-Founder
Arnab brings 19+ years of global experience across sales, go-to-market strategy, business development and UX-led innovation, specialising in relationship-led revenue growth, strategic account expansion and new logo acquisition for high-growth organisations. He co-founded Deep Tech Horizon with Salma Moosa. Previously he led strategic account farming and new business wins at Mantra Labs, scaled a design consulting team from 4 to over 110 people at EY GDS, and ran his own creative consulting firm helping startups move from pitch to funding. He combines entrepreneurial agility with structured execution, bringing a design-thinking mindset to sales and trust-based relationships with CXOs.

With over three decades of entrepreneurial, leadership and business transformation experience, and more than 40,000 hours of mentoring, Salma brings a distinctive blend of strategic insight, commercial acumen and hands-on execution expertise. She helps innovators, founders and growth-stage enterprises bridge the gap between technological potential and commercial success, translating complex innovations into viable business models, partnerships and measurable outcomes.
